Jordan White is the Chair of the Board for HeartLead, a visionary leader with a proven track record of transforming organizations through innovation and strategic growth. With over 30 years of leadership experience, White has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion into new markets, diversifying its product portfolio, and enhancing its global presence. Jordan’s leadership style is grounded in a commitment to ethical decision-making, long-term value creation, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
Before assuming the role of Chair, Jordan served as the company’s CEO for over a decade, during which time HeartLead experienced unprecedented growth. White has also held key positions in several other industry-leading companies and non-profit organizations, focusing on sustainability, technology innovation, and corporate social responsibility. Jordan holds a B.A. in Environmental Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. In addition to this professional work, Jordan is deeply committed to advancing social equity and environmental sustainability.

Chris Lewis serves as the Vice Chair of the Board at HeartLead, working alongside senior leadership to steer the organization’s strategic direction. A seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, Chris brings a wealth of expertise in financial oversight, risk management, and organizational development. Prior to joining HeartLead, Chris held senior positions at several Fortune 500 companies, successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams in diverse sectors including technology, finance, and manufacturing. Chris’s ability to navigate complex business environments and drive operational efficiency has resulted in a reputation as a dynamic leader with a keen eye for sustainable growth.
Chris holds an MBA from Smith College of Business at University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Virginia. Outside of this professional work, Chris is an avid supporter of education reform and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations focused on advancing STEM education for underrepresented communities.

Casey has authored numerous publications in top-tier scientific journals and holds several patents related to advanced composites and green technologies.

With more than 18 years of experience in regulatory affairs, Valentine has advised Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on a wide range of complex issues, including healthcare compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property protection in the healthcare sector.
Valentine earned a J.D. from Georgetown Law and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. A recognized expert in both healthcare law and business regulation, Valentine is frequently called upon to advise on policy reform and has contributed to several high-profile legal cases in the healthcare industry. Valentine is passionate about advancing access to healthcare while ensuring that businesses operate within the bounds of regulation and ethical standards. Valentine also serves on the boards of several healthcare advocacy groups.
